| ORDERING: We accept orders via phone, email and mail at:
Blue Eleven, Ltd. MINIMUM: First order minimum is $500.00. Reorder minimum is $100.00. TERMS: First orders are generally paid by Credit Card or C.O.D. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note: past due balances are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. LEAD TIMES: Since all of our jewelry is handmade, not all items are always in stock. Unless otherwise specified, please allow 6-8 weeks to complete your order, though we can often ship partial orders. SHIPPING: Our preferred carrier is UPS. A $3.50 handling charge is added to all orders, except backorders. Please clearly state any special shipping instructions or carrier preference on your order.
